1. かゆくて、つい頭あたまを掻かきました。

   It was itchy, so I scratched my head without thinking.

2. かゆくても、傷口きずぐちを掻かかないようにしてください。

   Even if it itches, try not to scratch the wound.

3. 患部かんぶを掻かくと悪化あっかするおそれがありますので、ご注意ちゅういください。

   Scratching the affected area may make it worse, so please be careful.
