Meaning

To say "twice a week", "three times a day": period + に + number + かい (times).
一週間に二かい (twice a week), 一日に三かい (three times a day), 一年に一かい (once a year).

How to attach

The counter for times is かい: 一かい (いっかい), 二かい (にかい), 三かい (さんかい).
