〜のだから (~no da kara) — since (obviously)
"You know this too, so…" — a reason both of you already know.
Formula (सूत्र ढाँचा)
Grammar rule (व्याकरण नियम र परिभाषा)
Meaning
- Adding のだ/んだ to N4's 「〜から」gives 「〜のだから/〜んだから」, with stronger force — "we both know this, so": 「明日は試験なのだから、早く寝なさい」= you've got an exam tomorrow (as you know), so go to bed early.
- An order, advice or expectation usually follows.
How to attach
- In speech, 「〜んだから」.
- な-adjectives and nouns take 「〜なのだから」.
Versus what you know
N5「〜から」is a neutral reason; 「〜のだから」carries a "this hardly needs saying" pressure — so take care with superiors.
