Knowledge check (मिनी ज्ञान जाँच)

💡 Hint: The action is the topic of the sentence.
の makes it a noun and は makes it the topic; then the adjective judges it.
Which correctly says "cooking is fun"?

作る + のは + 楽しいです. The ます form is not used here.
「一人で 日本語を 勉強するのは ___」— what goes in the blank?
💡 Hint: An evaluating adjective comes after 〜のは.
After 〜のは comes an evaluating adjective like 大変, 難しい or 楽しい. A な-adjective simply takes です — 大変です. だです and のです do not work, and 大変な needs a noun after it.
