Group 3 has only two verbs, and no rule applies to either. します → できます. 来ます → 来られます. できます is very useful because it works with every 〜します word: 勉強します → 勉強できます, 運転します → 運転できます, 予約します → 予約できます. The potential of 来ます is 来られます (koraremasu), read 「こられます」. Memorise these two and Group 3 is finished.
