「それに」adds another point to the sentence before — "on top of that". It starts a new sentence, unlike し which stays inside one sentence. One important rule: what you add must point the **same way**. Good after good, bad after bad. この 部屋は 広いです。それに 明るいです。(both good) is fine. But 広いです。それに 高いです。(good then bad) sounds odd — there you need でも.
