Meaning

To ask "which is the most …?", put a question word before いちばん: なに (what), どこ (where), だれ (who), いつ (when).
くだものの中でなにがいちばんすきですか (Among fruits, what do you like most?).

How to attach

Answer with the previous pattern: りんごがいちばんすきです.

Watch out

Same rule: が ✅ after a question word, never は ❌ (なには ❌).
