Adding ようになります after a verb's dictionary form shows a change from "didn't / couldn't" to "now do / can do." E.g. やさいを食べるようになりました = "I've come to eat vegetables (now)." It marks a gradual change in habit or ability. In the past it is ようになりました.

毎日、やさいを食べるようになりました。
