A な-adjective needs な between it and the noun it describes.

When a な-adjective describes a noun, put な between the adjective and the noun: 「[na-adj] + な + N」. This な is exactly why they are called "な-adjectives." Examples: しずかなへや (shizuka na heya) = "a quiet room", きれいな花 (kirei na hana) = "a pretty flower." But at the end of a sentence (Nは ～です) no な is used.
