Grammar rule (व्याकरण नियम र परिभाषा)

「とても」means "very" and goes right before the adjective, whether い-adjective or な-adjective. Examples: とてもおいしいです (totemo oishii desu) = "is very tasty", とても元気です (totemo genki desu) = "is very well." It is used in affirmative sentences.

Examples (उदाहरणहरू)

このラーメンとてもおいしいです

このラーメンはとてもおいしいです。

kono raamen wa totemo oishii desu.

This ramen is very tasty.

あの山はとても大きいです。

ano yama wa totemo ookii desu.

That mountain is very big.

田中さんはとても元気です。

tanaka-san wa totemo genki desu.

Tanaka is very well.
