What you say when you pick one option out of several — heard most often when ordering in a restaurant.

To choose something, put に + します after the noun: コーヒーに します means "I will have the coffee". In a shop or restaurant the staff ask 「何に しますか」— "what will you have?". It is not only for food; it also settles a time or a place: 会議は 3時に しましょう. There is no を here — the thing you pick takes に directly. Keep it apart from the previous point: 部屋を きれいに します has を and changes the state of a thing, while コーヒーに します has no を and is only a choice.
