V ます-form + やすいです / にくいです (V-masu-stem + yasui desu / nikui desu) — Easy to do / hard to do
A quality of the thing itself — using it turns out easy, or turns out hard.
Formula (सूत्र ढाँचा)
Grammar rule (व्याकरण नियम र परिभाषा)
「〜やすい」means easy to do, 「〜にくい」means hard to do. Both attach after ます is dropped — 飲みます → 飲みやすい, 覚えます → 覚えにくい. The big thing: once attached, they become い-adjectives themselves. So the negative is 飲みやすくない, the past is 飲みやすかったです, and they can sit in front of a noun — 住みやすい 町. They describe the thing, not the person: 「この 薬は 飲みやすいです」means the medicine itself is easy to take. To say whether a person can do it, use the potential 飲めます instead.
