In casual speech you don't need か to ask a question — just put the plain form at the end and raise your intonation (written with ？). Examples: 「行く？」 (Going?), 「おいしい？」 (Tasty?), 「いぬがすき？」 (Do you like dogs?). With nouns/な-adjectives, だ is usually dropped: 「学生？」 (you don't say 「学生だか？」). This is only for casual conversation; polite questions still need ですか／ますか.
