Meaning
- To ask "What do you do?", put 何 (なに) where the を-thing would be: 何をしますか.
- Because を follows, 何 is read なに here.
How to attach
- Add a time or a place in front to widen the question: あした何をしますか (What will you do tomorrow?), ここで何をしますか (What do you do here?).
- To answer, replace 何 with the activity: べんきょうをします.
