職場の 表示と 自他動詞 (shokuba no hyouji to jitadoushi) — 自他動詞 on signs at work

This is not just grammar — it is the safety notice stuck on the machine.

Formula (सूत्र ढाँचा)

N が + 自動詞 information only
N を + 他動詞 a job for you

Grammar rule (व्याकरण नियम र परिभाषा)

At work the difference between 自動詞 and 他動詞 is a **safety matter**. 「機械が 止まって います」= the machine has stopped by itself (just information). 「機械を 止めて ください」= you must stop the machine (an instruction). One tells you something; the other is a job for you. Getting this wrong can be serious. On a train, 「ドアが 閉まります。ご注意ください」= the doors are closing on their own, take care. In a shop, 「電源を 切って ください」= you switch the power off. The quick check: **が means information, を means your job.**
