〜ですか (desu ka) — question marker

The easy way to turn any sentence into a question — add か.

Formula (सूत्र ढाँचा)

〜です
question

Grammar rule (व्याकरण नियम र परिभाषा)

To make a question in Japanese, just add か at the end — no word-order change. です + か gives 「〜ですか」. Example: 学生ですか (gakusei desu ka) = "Are you a student?" No question mark is needed — か itself marks the question.
