Meaning
- とき = "time / when".
- "When I was a child", "on holidays", "when I am sick" — join a noun with の: こどものとき, 休みのとき, びょうきのとき.
How to attach
- After とき usually 、 and then the main sentence.
- With a verb no の: plain form + とき (行くとき), which comes in Lesson 23.
