Grammar rule (व्याकरण नियम र परिभाषा)

こちら/そちら/あちら/どちら also point to a place or direction, but they sound more polite than これ/ここ. Use them in shops, offices, or with people you don't know. They also give direction ("this way / over there"), and どちら politely asks "which way / which one." Example: トイレはこちらです (toire wa kochira desu) = "The toilet is this way."
