When to use it
When you meet someone new, ask "Which country are you from?" with 「お国はどちらですか」.
Meaning
- 国 (くに) = country; the お in front shows respect for the other person's country.
- どちら asks "which / where" politely — どちら fits better than どこ here.
How to attach
The answer is easy: your country + です — ネパールです (Nepal / I am from Nepal).
