「〜ありませんか」politely asks '…isn't there?' It is built by adding か to ありません, the negative of あります. It is often used to ask indirectly and softly whether something exists. e.g. この 近くに コンビニは ありませんか (kono chikaku ni konbini wa arimasen ka) = 'Isn't there a convenience store near here?' For living things use いませんか instead.
